Ready, Set, Go!

It's still summer, y'all!!

It's not too late to pick out a tunic for the rest of summer! Even though public schools have already started back here in Thomasville (depressing, I know!), we still have a looong time until Fall arrives. In fact, my favorite time at the beach isn't until October! What do you have planned for the rest of your summer? I have a scalloping adventure this weekend, a week in High Hampton (Cashiers, NC) mid-August, and weekends to Destin here-and-there. Plus, I am really want to squeeze in a trip to Shipwreck Island water park. Maybe for my 27th birthday! (What, did you think I was the resort/spa type? sometimes.)

Also, we just received a TON of Kissy Kissy super soft baby clothes, bamboo baby blankets, more Capri Blue Volcano candles (most of you know this as Anthro's signature candle), beautiful jewelry by CV Designs, and new shipments arriving daily! Come see!

Sneak Peek..

Of a little bit of jewelry that we picked out this weekend.

This first line is from a designer from Louisville (go CARDS!) who designs pieces that are sold at the Derby museum. I know, the pics from my phone are pretty lousy, but check out the little bamboo earrings. Precious! I ordered them in a matte silver and gold, but I can also get them in a shiny finish. I also LOVE this statement coral necklace with the dogwood flowers.

Some bangles (which are available in small, medium, and large)...

And more from CV Designs...

Work and Play!

This morning we worked a little bit more on our patio in Tallahassee. We were hoping that Mr. Maverick would put his muscles to use, but he was still waking up.

Then we were able to take a little coffee break with our new Provvista mugs that just came in yesterday!

Provvista was designed by artisans in the Tuscany and Umbria region of Italy and is intended to passed on and enjoyed for generations.

And these are the $2.99 cocktail napkins from World Market that I mentioned yesterday:

so that quilt on Urban Grace...

... that little yellow one that Erika mentioned that she purchased, is right here at LAVISH! It is the cross stitch by Little Auggie and comes in a twin quilt ($295), standard sham ($78) and crib/toddler bedding (bumper) and blanket. The color is called "Fern" and here is a picture of the rest of the colors that is available:

Also, the image of the bed below it is decked-out in John Robshaw. The cross-stitch quilt in lavender so very similar to the Little Auggie and super-duper soft. A great coverlet for summer and layering blanket for winter.

Mention this blog post and receive 20% discount on Little Auggie and John Robshaw bedding!

P.S. The Provvista dinner plates that I ordered wayyy back in December is arriving today so expect more details on that shortly!!

P.P.S. Found some cute/ethnic cocktail and dinner napkins (paper) at World Market last night for only $2.99. I stocked up. You should too!

H,S,C,B, and Mers

We have $12 fingertip towels for you! Our previous fingertip towel has made it's way to the cleaning towel basket where it will have another life wiping countertops and cleaning windows!

Something for your FATHER!!

Father's Day is right around the corner and we have GREAT gifts for those even GREATER Dad's! Huge man soaps, All Over Wash, pewter goblets, Pendleton blankets, and more!!!

oh, that's right!

This is another reason that I haven't been blogging lately. Our house isn't exactly live-able at the moment (never really was which is why we are renovating), so my routine is a little off! Only three more weeks to go!

Perfect Monogramming

So sorry I haven't posted lately, I am still getting used to my new computer and most of the pictures I upload are teeny tiny. Trust me, I have a ton more of my favorite monograms... this is just a small sampling! I've just gotten in Matouk Fingertip Towels in clean, crisp, white with initials (B, C, W, H, M). At only $12 they are a steal!!

Happy Weekend!
