It's still summer, y'all!!

It's not too late to pick out a tunic for the rest of summer! Even though public schools have already started back here in Thomasville (depressing, I know!), we still have a looong time until Fall arrives. In fact, my favorite time at the beach isn't until October! What do you have planned for the rest of your summer? I have a scalloping adventure this weekend, a week in High Hampton (Cashiers, NC) mid-August, and weekends to Destin here-and-there. Plus, I am really want to squeeze in a trip to Shipwreck Island water park. Maybe for my 27th birthday! (What, did you think I was the resort/spa type? sometimes.)

Of a little bit of jewelry that we picked out this weekend.

This first line is from a designer from Louisville (go CARDS!) who designs pieces that are sold at the Derby museum. I know, the pics from my phone are pretty lousy, but check out the little bamboo earrings. Precious! I ordered them in a matte silver and gold, but I can also get them in a shiny finish. I also LOVE this statement coral necklace with the dogwood flowers.

Work and Play!

This morning we worked a little bit more on our patio in Tallahassee. We were hoping that Mr. Maverick would put his muscles to use, but he was still waking up.

Then we were able to take a little coffee break with our new Provvista mugs that just came in yesterday!

Provvista was designed by artisans in the Tuscany and Umbria region of Italy and is intended to passed on and enjoyed for generations.

Perfect Monogramming

So sorry I haven't posted lately, I am still getting used to my new computer and most of the pictures I upload are teeny tiny. Trust me, I have a ton more of my favorite monograms... this is just a small sampling! I've just gotten in Matouk Fingertip Towels in clean, crisp, white with initials (B, C, W, H, M). Kentucky Derby
